Refund and Returns Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and refund policy to ensure a hassle-free experience. 1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns on most products under the following conditions:

  • Condition: Products must be in their original, unused, and unopened condition, including all packaging, labels, and accessories.
  • Time Frame: Returns must be made within 30 days from the date of delivery. After this period, returns will not be accepted unless the product is faulty or damaged.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order confirmation is required for all returns.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact us via email at Contact@cloudlite.xyz or call our customer service line at (409) 740-4360. Provide your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  • Our customer service team will guide you through the process and issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which must be included with your return package.

3. Return Shipping

  • Return Shipping Fees: Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item was defective, damaged, or incorrect. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • Packaging: Please pack the item securely in its original packaging. If the item is returned damaged due to improper packaging, we may not be able to process your refund.

4. Refund Processing

Once we receive your returned item and confirm that it meets our return criteria, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.

  • Refund Exceptions: Certain items such as digital downloads, clearance items, or products marked as “final sale” are non-returnable and non-refundable.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will offer a full refund or send you a replacement, depending on your preference.

6. Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
